So for anyone who hasn't seen Resident Evil:Extinction yet, Milla's new ride is a 2005 BMW K1200R*. Come to think of it, she rode a R1150R in that craptank Ultraviolet.

Personal preference, or savvy marketing ploy by Das Beemervolken?

*Though if I were roaming the wasteland in a post-apocalyptic world, I'd probably opt for BMW too.

Current Mood: working working

The phoine calls go like this:

Exec. Producer, "Harley says they'll give us seven bikes to film with (stunts spares, etc) and a mechanic for the set."
BMW rep, "We're prepared to give you nine bikes and $50,000, plus a mechanic and a week at our test track with Pro instruction..."
Exec. Producer, "OK, I guess she'd be better off on a Beemer for this film too"

It's all finangled.

Actually, it's Triumph who's been doing a lot of PR trying to get their bikes out there- the new they've been popping up in a few places. I just wish they'd go back to teh full subframe on the new Speed Triples.

Ultraviolet was decent eye candy. I stopped watching after she walked into the room and kicked everyones ass for the 30th time.
