Has anyone seen these before?

X-element boots

I'm thinking about getting a pair because
a.) I can't afford a pair of $250-300 Sidis,
b.) I need something that's comfortable on and off the bike- for eight months out of the year, I only use the car when it's raining or I'm grocery shopping. If I get a riding boot, it's gotta be dual-purpose, plus a taller one would help keep my ankles from freezing on the colder days.
c.) I don't want something for every day use that looks like it came off a Power Ranger or has the HD logo stamped all over it. Not that I have anything against Harleys, but it would look kinda weird while on a Ninja. :P

Just google Xelement (yanno, you were the first person I thought of when I saw these) and check out different places- they're available in a couple different spots.

I'm gonna get a pair of these pretty soon- I'll let you know how they are.

I've just been using 5.11 side-zip waterproof combat boots which are nice, but a little bit too low for the more windy days. Plus, since those are my weatherproof ones, I'd like to keep those in good shape for winter when I'm trudging through snow.

These will probably be my dual-purpose boots. I've never had to walk around all day in a pair of the plastic-and-reinforced leather racing boots, but I don't see that as being too comfortable. I'll get the sport ones at the link I left for xelyn for the weekends when I'm going out just to ride and not using the bike as a form of transportation to get from A to B.
